The decline in blood flow is most likely causing by high cholesterol. But other factors such as a tumor, ovarian mass, or a constricting artery might also be blaming.

Excessive cramping makes muscle issues caused by poor blood flow more visible, so examine your cholesterol levels. If you notice that you have muscular cramps at the same mile marker during training, ladies who run on the track may be suffering from compartment syndrome, which restricts blood flow.
